Sentinel Reports

Sentinel has a large number of reports built into the system as standard, including all required DfES reports. These accurate, real-time reports can be quickly and easily viewed, downloaded or printed. Customised reports can also be created to meet specific needs.

• Attendance - Period by period attendance for each specific week, for individuals and groups.
• Weekly Summary - Weekly attendance summary in morning and afternoon sessions, depicted using herringbone effect.
• Daily Absences - Daily summary by period for individuals or groups. Reports for absent all day, absent once a day and late once a day. Includes times absent and times late.
• Attendance reports by subject and year grouping.
• Three Day Absences - Students not attending for 3 days or more. Reports are sorted by name, tutor group or date.
• Group Reports - Creates special lists of students for use with the following reports: registration history, daily attendance, record of attendance, weekly summary and the whereabouts of those on the list.

Statistics:

• Code Analysis – A user parameterised report of student details with any attendance code criteria between selected dates.
• Attendance Statistics- A user parameterised report of student details for accumulative attendance between selected dates
• School Summary - Number of male and female students on role for each year.
• History Data - Actual registered times along with rooms where registered, by student or by year.
